Bekah Harris and Annette Zacho, owners of two pink elephants. We are two simple professional women and moms who were fortunate to bump into each other amidst our children’s play activities in the neighborhood in which we lived. We were raised in two different parts of the world, one of us in Africa, and the other in Saint Louis. With extensive backgrounds in Marketing and Graphic Design, along with previous boutique experience, we innately felt that we would be a good pair as we delved into the effort of opening a store together. We began small and built our way through sheer hard work. We began operating out of our homes in 2013, offered trunk shows on the weekends, and essentially boot legged as much as we needed to until we felt we had built a large enough customer base to open a free standing boutique in O’ Fallon. 

We are collectively mothers to five children, who we fondly refer to as the youngest of our herd. We live in the community where our store is housed, and we are actively involved in our school system and other community events. We are, foremost, two women who met by chance and God’s divine intervention. We often refer to our coming together as a series of “God whispers”. As a friendship forged, we learned that we were both dreamers, hard workers, and two women who love life. We have made our share of mistakes along the way, yet enjoy the process of learning and growing together in this effort now known as two pink elephants.
